Hi, I’m Heidi Oberst, a mama of two teens, a retired military medic, and a military wife. After spending years serving in the military and navigating life as a mom and wife, I know firsthand how overwhelming it can be to juggle responsibilities while feeling the weight of stress and burnout.

I’ve been sober for almost 8 years, and I’m passionate about helping women in midlife break free from the cycle of gray-area drinking. Using a whole-health approach, I help women reclaim their vitality by focusing on nutrition, brain health, movement, and a faith-centered mindset. My work combines my experience as a coach, my background in biochemical health, and my commitment to a holistic, authentic lifestyle—one that doesn’t rely on alcohol.
